ATTwear returns and exchange policy:
Returns & Exchanges are only approved due to a damaged item when received. If you receive your item damaged, please contact ATTwear team at email@example.com request an exchange.
- Any exchanges needs to have an approval from ATTwear staff
- If the item is received damaged, ATTwear will replace it (with the same item) for the customer free of charge
- ATTwear can also provide customers with alternative to returns (like ATTwear credit) if the customer choses this option. Exchanges needs to be approved by ATTwear staff and it will be the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back to ATTwear head office. Upon receiving the item (given it has not been worn or damaged), ATTwear staff will issue credit note to the customer to be used for the purchase of any other item on ATTwear.com
- Exchanges will be only authorized for products that has not been used and only damaged upon arrival
