ATTwear is strongly committed to protecting your privacy and complying with your choices.  Both personal and non-personal information collected is safeguarded according to the highest privacy and data protection standards adopted worldwide.  We have always had a robust and effective data protection program in place which complies with existing law and abides by the data protection principles.   However, we recognize our obligation in updating and expanding this program to meet demands of the GDPR and other privacy policies around the world.

We guarantee that all e-commerce transactions follow he latest security measures and use the best available technologies.  Secure Sockets layer (SSL) technology is employed when you place online order or transmit sensitive information.

We retain information as long as it is necessary to provide the services requested by you and others, subject to any legal obligations to further retain such information.  Information associated with your account will generally be kept until it is no longer necessary to provide the services or until you ask us to delete it from our records.  Additionally, we might retain information form deleted accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigation, enforce the terms of use and take other actions permitted by law.

When you register to our website, you are asked to provide your contact information, including a valid email address. We use this information to send you updates about ATTwear, order confirmations and information about our services.  When you order from us, we ask for your credit card number and billing address. We use this information only to bill you for the product(s) you ordered at that time. 


We may on occasion require the help of other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as packaging, shipping and delivery, customer support and processing event registration. We will only provide such companies with the information required for them to perform these services; these service providers are bond by strict privacy policies and are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
